When will I receive my order?

Standard table linen ordered before 12:00 on working days is shipped the same day. Delivery is usually the next working day in the Netherlands and Belgium; to Germany, Luxembourg and France an average of 1-3 working days. Custom orders have a longer lead time (see Custom).

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs €10.84 and is free from €200. We deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, France, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Norway and the United Kingdom.

Yes, you automatically receive a track & trace as soon as your order has been handed over to our carrier.

Do you also deliver directly on site for an event?

For larger event and rental orders we deliver directly on site by arrangement. Get in touch or arrange it through the B2B environment.

How do I choose the right size for my tables or chairs?

Our table skirts, cocktail table covers and chair covers come in standard sizes for the most common furniture. Do you have different dimensions? Send us your table or chair measurements and we will make it fit.

How many colours can I choose from?

We have 52 standard colours in stock, and more on request. At Dena you first choose the colour and the atmosphere of your venue, and only then the model.

Does the colour in the photo differ from the product?

Accepted Answer

A product photo is an approximation; screen and fabric can make the shade differ slightly. Unsure about an exact colour? Request a free colour sample.

How do returns work?

Accepted Answer

Standard products can be returned within 14 days, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Custom items are excluded from returns. Return costs are at your own expense.

Do you make custom table linen for my venue or event?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We make custom table linen: your own dimensions, colours, pleat styles (pleated, box-pleat or flat) and finishes. Custom-made starts at 10 pieces per item; for chair covers and top covers a minimum order of 50 pieces per item applies. We deliver standard custom orders within approximately 10 working days.

Do you work with hospitality, hotels and rental companies?

Yes, that is our core. Wholesalers, hotel chains and event builders work with Dena for reusable, colourfast table linen. Request a B2B account for dealer prices and fast re-supplies.

How long does full custom work take?

Accepted Answer

Standard custom work takes an average of 8-12 working days. We plan larger or complex projects by arrangement.

What material is your table linen made of?

Accepted Answer

Depending on the model, we use polyester, satin and stretch fabrics, among others: colourfast, crease-recovering and made to withstand intensive reuse in hospitality.

How do I wash and care for the textile?

Accepted Answer

Stretch, polyester and satin each require their own wash temperature. Follow the care label; when in doubt we advise a lower temperature and air drying so that colour and fit are preserved. For laundries and rental we include care advice.

Is the textile suitable for intensive reuse?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our fabrics and seams are made for rental and events: crisp in the drape, colourfast and resistant to frequent washing.

Yes. Request a free colour sample so you can assess colour and quality in real life before placing a larger order.
