- Ordered before 12:00 on business days, shipped today, delivered tomorrow.

- Track & trace: automatic email as soon as your parcel is on its way

International shipping
- Countries: Germany, Luxembourg, France
- Delivery time: 2-3 business days (DE/LU), 3-5 business days (FR)
- Shipping costs: €10.84

Returns within 14 days
- 14-day return right from the date of receipt.
- Products must be unworn, with label, in original condition.
- The return label is in your order confirmation email. Drop off at any DPD point.
- Refund: within 5 business days of receiving the return parcel, to the same payment method.
- Exchange for another size? Mention this with your return and we'll send the right size, no extra shipping costs.
- Wastewear returns: also 14 days to return. Slight discolouration from wearing or washing doesn't count as use.
Complaint or damage
Damaged or incorrect delivery? Email info@dena.nl within 7 days of receipt with your order number and photos. We'll prioritise it. Often a replacement is on its way the same day.
