• Track & trace: automatic email as soon as your parcel is on its way

• Delivery time: 2-3 business days (DE/LU), 3-5 business days (FR)
• Shipping costs: Germany €9.44, Luxembourg €12.58, and France €19.00 incl. VAT (per box of up to 24 items)

• 14-day return right from the date of receipt.
• Products must be unworn, with label, in original condition.
• You create the return label yourself in our returns portal. Drop off at any DPD point.
• Refund: within 5 business days of receiving the return parcel, to the same payment method.
• What you get back: the value of the items returned, less the return costs; the shipping costs of your order are not refunded. If an item is defective or wrongly delivered, the return is free once we have approved your report with photos.
• Wastewear returns: also 14 days to return. Slight discolouration from wearing or washing doesn't count as use.

Damaged or incorrect delivery? Email info@dena.nl within 7 days of receipt with your order number and photos. We'll prioritise it. Often a replacement is on its way the same day.
